1) Digital Products

Simple Midtones sells digital products, including printable wall art files (“Digital Products”). No physical items are shipped. After purchase, you will receive access to download the files as provided at checkout and/or via email.

2) License & Permitted Use

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You may download and print the files for your personal use.
You may print in different sizes as supported by the included files.

Not Allowed

Reselling, redistributing, sharing, gifting, or transferring the digital files to others.
Uploading the files to any marketplace, website, drive, or sharing platform.
Using the files for commercial purposes (including selling prints, products, or using in client projects) unless a commercial license is explicitly provided.
Modifying the files and claiming them as your own or creating derivative products for resale.

3) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including artwork, designs, text, and branding—is owned by Simple Midtones or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing a Digital Product does not transfer ownership of the artwork.

4) Pricing & Payments

Prices are shown on the Site and may change at any time. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers Payhip and payment processors. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

5) Delivery & Access

Digital Products are delivered electronically. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and ensuring you can access the downloads. If you have trouble receiving or downloading your files, contact us and we will help.

6) Refunds & Exchanges

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final. If you experience a technical issue (e.g., corrupted file, missing download, wrong file delivered), please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it by replacing the file or providing access to the correct download.

7) Printing Disclaimer

Colors and results may vary depending on monitor settings, printer, paper type, and printing service. We recommend using high-quality paper and professional printing for best results.

8) User Accounts (If Applicable)

If you create an account or access purchase links, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

9) Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Use the Site for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
